The New England Generals are looking for more than just a few good young men and women.

 The New England Generals are the next generation of off-season developmental teams. We endeavor to lead  by example by taking the best attitudes and hardest working players and encourage them to inspire each other to greater levels.  We have assembled some of the best young coaches and seasoned teachers from the New England area to lead the Generals' teams.

The New England Generals are looking for the players that will have hockey as a life long passion.

The New England Generals are the product of years of experience and progress in the New England hockey community. With a strong desire to bring the most motivated and coachable players together in an atmosphere that helps them grow both as individuals as well as players. Our program is focused on strengthening the individual skills while emphasizing team values and habits. Players will be exposed to unique team building events and exercises that will foster the growth of leadership and camaraderie.

The New England Generals are looking for the players who want to enhance their academic life by participating in their current or future scholastic hockey program; players who reach for the highest goals.

Our first goal for these coaches is to marry their  wealth of knowledge with their years of experience from both their own youth hockey experience and their current coaching or playing situation. Many of these coaches will draw their own experiences with  the original off-season programs begun over the past few decades. Many of them have been through the off-season tournament teams and have seen the ups and downs of past success and failure. Our desire is to streamline the successful formulas and refine them with modern methods. This new ideal would build on some of the original theories but also enable these young players to stride into the new horizons of hockey using the most advanced training and coaching regimens available today. Points of emphasis will be placed on off-ice habits and training as well as nutrition, fitness, solid work ethic and mostly on-ice drills. We endeavor to teach or enhance the fundamental elements of any player who wishes to succeed in life as well as hockey.
